A mindset: (Did you know that when you say to yourself), I'm not good enough or smart enough, pretty enough, I'm afraid, etc. Your brain automatically says, ok, I will make that your reality and I will make that your behavior. It will automatically block you from achieving your goal(s). But if you change your thinking a little, by just saying I use to think I'm not good enough, pretty enough, worthy, etc. But know I am working on being good enough, etc. You change the frame of the brain from one that is closed and absolute, to a mindset that just opened up to new possibilities. A simple shift in how you speak to yourself, a simple shift in how you frame your thinking on what may be true, you may FEEL your not good enough. Just because you FEEL it, it doesn't mean it's true! You all of a sudden open up a part of your brain that gives you the possibilities to move forward! NOW BEGIN THE PROCESS OF ACHIEVING YOUR GOAL!!!
